The New Balance 9060 maintains its position as one of the brand’s most popular sneakers, evidenced by the number of releases NB cooks up every month. The Y2K-inspired model is getting festive for its latest makeover as two pastel Easter-themed renditions have emerged.
Both pairs of New Balance 9060s in this Easter pack feature a mixture of pastel and springtime-ready hues, one more loudly than the other. This green-based rendition sees synthetic leather paneling wrap around the upper, contrasted by the light green woven knit base layer below. Hits of dark teal find a home on the lace set, heel overlay, and toebox overlays. Finishing this pair is the yellow, orange, cream, and brown midsole with pops of blue near the rubber outsole.
The second pair in the collection opts for a muted expression of spring as the primary shade here is a light ice blue, almost grey. The same synthetic leather, knit mesh, and nubuck paneling are found on this pair, the former of the three covering most of the upper in ice blue. Tying in with the Easter theme, pastel yellows, and oranges are found on the sockliner, tongue tag, TPU eyelet, midsole, and outsole.
The New Balance 9060 Easter Pack is available at select online and in-store retailers but will have a global New Balance release later in the month.
