Could it be the year of the New Balance 610v1? Originally released in 2012, the trail-ready sneaker made a brief cameo back in November to celebrate its 10th anniversary. With that said, it looks like it'll be making a fully-fledged comeback in 2023 with a wide array of brand new colorways, including the never-before-seen New Balance 610v1 "Deep Red." If you're in the market for a retro sneaker that's made to turn heads wherever you go, this might just be what you've been searching for all this time.

Working on top of a burgundy mesh base, the 610v1 looks more-or-less like the OG from over a decade ago. Glossy patent leather panels wrap around the upper in a rich deep red hue, while dark purple tones feature throughout for a further pop of contrast. Along the laterals and medials you'll find an oversized "N" logo, and to keep in line with the gorpcore aesthetic, pull tabs across the tongue and heel give the shoe an even more rugged look and feel. This is finished off with a hefty ABZORB midsole underfoot which has been infused with C-CAP cushioning for comfort that you can rock all day and everyday.

The New Balance 610v1 Deep Red is set to release sometime in 2023. Dropping in men's sizes with a retail price of $120, they will be available via New Balance and select online and in-store retailers within the coming weeks. More colorways are expected to launch soon, so make sure you follow us on Twitter and download our officialMobile App for all of the latest updates!
