New Balance is gearing up to celebrate the Lunar New Year with an alluring collection, spotlighting the New Balance 610. As the Lunar New Year approaches, sneakerheads eagerly anticipate New Balance's special releases, recalling last year's festive range that included models like the 550, 574, 2002R, and 9060. This year, the 610 takes center stage, offering a fresh expression of New Balance's commitment to combining tradition with modern sneaker culture. The Warped Runner and a two-pack of 1906U's are joining the Lunar New Year collection alongside this pair.
The New Balance 610 Lunar New Year Pack features two distinct colorways, one in Jade Green and the other in Navy, embodying the spirit of the Lunar New Year celebration. Both pairs showcase a harmonious blend of ripstop nylon and rough-cut suede, creating a texture-rich aesthetic that's both stylish and durable. The sneakers maintain the classic New Balance branding, seamlessly integrating it with the festive theme. The insole of each shoe is adorned with a jade green hue and an elegantly embroidered "NB" logo. The midsoles of the 610s are thoughtfully colored to complement the upper, with the Jade Green pair featuring a cream and black finish, while the Navy pair opts for a crisp white and black combination.
The New Balance 610 Lunar New Year Pack has already been released overseas via Up There in Australia. A global launch is set for January 1, 2024, through New Balance and select retailers online and in-store. Each pair is set at $140.
