When it comes to long-term sneaker partnerships between high fashion brands and sportswear brands, the relationship between French labels MM6 Maison Margiela and Salomon has been one of the more prolific collaborations, but it has often cruised under the radar. The latest Salomon collection from the Paris fashion house adds hits of silver and icy blue for a Y2K retro vision of the future.

The MM6 Maison Margiela x Salomon Fall/Winter 2025 Collection features three colorways of the XT-MM6, a new silhouette designed by Maison Margiela with a classic Salomon look, combining a mesh upper, shiny toecap, and jagged support panels along the side panels. Debuting in three colorways, Vanilla Ice, Black Cherry Tomato, and Black Silver, the shoe features a large Salomon logo and MM6 Maison Margiela logo prominently on the upper.

Starting with the Vanilla Ice colorway, the shoe takes on a cream-colored upper and adds black accents on the toe, support panel, and logos. The Black Cherry Tomato colorway keeps the two-tone theme, adding a black mesh upper and red support panels, plus a hit of white on the Salomon side panel logo. Lastly, the Black Silver colorway also takes on a black mesh base and white Salomon logo, but uses metallic silver on the support panels.

In addition to the three colorways of the XT-MM6, the new collection features another MM6-designed colorway of the Salomon ACS Pro in an icy white and lunar rock combo that mixes translucent accents throughout for a ghostly vibe. MM6 Maison Margiela and Salomon have been collaborating on collections since 2022, and we’re always hyped to see new pairs from the French fashion heavyweights.

The MM6 Maison Margiela x Salomon Fall/Winter 2025 Collection will be released October 16, 2025 through MM6 Maison Margiela, Salomon, and select retailers in-store and online. Available in men’s sizing, the retail prices are set at $380 for the XT-MM6 pairs and $320 for the ACS Pro.
