Rockstar Games Adds GTA 6 Hype with Vice City Miami Heat Collab

During NBA Media Day, journeyman center Steven Adams sent a warning to journalists and fans: expect some poor play this November. With Grand Theft Auto VI dropping next month, Adams was very blunt about how much NBA and NFL players would be missing sleep and focus, carjacking animated strangers instead of studying film.

Vice City IRL

For the Miami Heat, it will be even harder to keep focus on the court, because for at least one night next month, the Kaseya Center court will be another reminder of the game, along with the team’s jerseys and the rest of the in-stadium entertainment. Dubbed A Night in Vice City, the November 18 game against the Milwaukee Bucks will be a total GTA VI takeover, celebrating the new game in true Miami fashion.

In addition to a one-night-only GTA-themed court design and matching jerseys, the team is linking with Rockstar for a full clothing capsule for fans that is available now through the team’s webstore and in-stadium store. Featuring beachside palm trees, sunglasses, red lips, white teeth, and speeding boats, the graphics bring the game to life for the real Vice City.
