Vans continues to bring in more collaborators; this time, they've partnered with Japanese streetwear brand Mastermind World for a collection across various silhouettes. Mastermind World has always been known for their black and white aesthetic, and this collaboration is no exception. The pack features five iconic Vans silhouettes: the Vans Old Skool Bolt, Sk8-Hi Bolt, Authentic, Old Skool, and Sk8-Hi Reissue.
All the shoes in the pack come with black leather, suede uppers, white accent stitching, and white laces. The iconic Vans Jazz Stripe is present on the midfoot in white, while the Mastermind skull logo is seen all over the shoes. Mastermind branding is present on the insoles, while more branding for the Japanese streetwear label is placed on the upper of each shoe. The Sk8-Hi Reissue, Old Skool, and Authentic all have different placements of Mastermind text, respectively, on the collar, tongue, and toebox. A white midsole with some pairs featuring Mastermind's skull logo paired with a semi-translucent rubber outsole completes the pack.
The Mastermind World x Vans Vault Pack is set to release on April 27th, 2023 through Mastermind, Vans, and select retailers. The prices range from $115 to $135, depending on the silhouette.
