Collaborations with sneaker retailers are nothing new in the industry as we’ve seen just about every major player in the space bring their unique touch to various footwear brands over the last two decades. One retailer that has yet to work on a collaborative pair of kicks is Seattle-based menswear boutique LIKELIHOOD, though this is set to change as they are teaming up with Karhu on the Trampas silhouette to celebrate the opening of their second Seattle storefront.
Taking on a slew of black and grey shades, the low-top suede-constructed Trampas comes in its typical fashion, however, added details from LIKELIHOOD make this pair stand out from the pack. High-quality suede lands throughout the entire upper while white accent stitching provides some depth near the collar. More accenting shades appear via the two-tone white/black lace set and through the “Seattle” and “LIKELIHOOD” text that lands along the heel tab and midfoot respectively. As for other branding details, the classic Karhu “M” logo sits adjacent to the aforementioned Seattle text in a stealthy black suede that matches the eyestays nearby. Underfoot, a white rubber midsole and outsole combo complete the look.
The LIKELIHOOD x Karhu Trampas Seattle Belief is set to release on December 16th, 2022 via an in-store drop at LIKELIHOOD while an online release will take place a day later on December 17th. Releasing in men’s sizing, the retail price is TBA.
