Kith is making waves in New York this week, and not just with new collabs drawing lines outside of the brand’s downtown storefront. Hot on the heels of Kith’s latest collabs with Salomon, On, and Asics, Ronnie let out news that he is working with Nike on a Sweet 16 collection for Kith’s 16th anniversary featuring 16 Nike collab silhouettes for next year. Not one to rest for even a week, a new preview teases yet another New Balance collab that brings back memories from two decades ago.
Slinging New Arrows
The Kith x United Arrows & Sons x New Balance 990v3 is the latest Kith collab pair previewed at the Kith Archive retrospective, seen alongside pairs of the Kith-designed New Balance 2011. Bringing together another triple-collab with Japanese fashion label United Arrows & Sons, the pair is a throwback to the 997.5 collab with United Arrows, which originally released in 2008. Fieg loved the colorway so much that he brought the color scheme to a new collab pack in 2018 on the 997, 997S, and 997S Fusion, and then in 2022, Kith and United Arrows dropped a 990v4.
