Ronnie Fieg, the founder of Kith, is a fashion industry powerhouse known for his ability to collaborate with a diverse range of partners. Kith has a history of collaborating with iconic IPs such as Marvel, and now the brand is teasing its latest partnership with the Star Wars franchise.
Kith recently took to social media to share a short film about a young boy heading to the theater to watch Star Wars: Return Of The Jedi. The film features pieces from the Kith x Star Wars: Return Of The Jedi collection, including a hoodie with a Stormtrooper helmet graphic, another hoodie featuring C-3PO in the forest of Endor, and co-branded hats with Kith branding in the iconic Star Wars logo font. This collaboration follows Kith's 2021 co-branded capsule, which depicted scenes and motifs from Star Wars: A New Hope. As 2023 marks the 40th anniversary of the final film in the original trilogy, the timing for this collaboration couldn’t be any more perfect.
The collection will include men's and kid's apparel, accessories, and home goods. To celebrate the collaboration, Kith is offering free screenings of Return Of The Jedi at the Village East Angelika Theater in NYC May 3. Tickets are free, and sign-ups will open on the Kith App April 28. Winners will be selected by 10 a.m. EST May 1.
