In the greater streetwear and sneaker space, there are two brands in particular that make you pay attention to every lookbook if you want the inside scoop on upcoming collabs; ALD and Kith. The latest lookbook hint comes from the latter, with Ronnie Fieg and team adding a new classic grey New Balance 991v2 collab as an in-hand accessory in the brand’s latest catalog.
The Kith x New Balance 991v2 Moonrock popped up this week on Fieg’s Instagram updates page, with only one photo to go off of. With that in mind, the pair is a clear celebration of New Balance’s grey history, adding a monochrome moonrock mix of suede and mesh across the entire upper.

The midsole is white with creamy tan ABZORB pods to match the laces, and New Balance’s iconic reflective grey shade is added to the “N” side panel logos and tongue label branding. A 991 hit on the heel completes the colorway.
The Kith x New Balance 991v2 Moonrock doesn’t have a release date or retail price just yet, but when Ronnie is ready to preview a colorway, we expect more info on the collab to drop very soon. There’s also the previously previewed 990v4 collab we’re still waiting on, so maybe they’ll both drop together.
