Kith is Going Classic for Its Latest New Balance Collab with a Creamy Suede 990v3

The classics are the classics for a reason. Few sneaker industry collaborators have as much juice to push for custom silhouettes as Ronnie Fieg and the Kith team. But for their most recent collab work, Kith has been keeping things decidedly clean and classic, with no better example than a newly previewed pair of Kith x New Balance 990v3 Made in USA.

The Kith x New Balance 990v3 Cream was previewed this week by Kith Japan Regional Brand Director Junya Matano, who posted the shoe in a slideshow of images and videos from his recent trip to Los Angeles. Seen on foot in one quick video, the Kith x NB collab keeps things classic with only a small hit of co-branding on the heel.

From what we can see, the 990v3 collab is covered from toe to heel in the same shade of Cream, with premium hairy suede and traditional mesh covering the upper panels. While the 990 is currently on its sixth iteration, there is little argument amongst sneakerheads that the v3 is the best version of the shoe.

So far, we don’t have any firm details on the release date or retail price of the upcoming Kith x New Balance 990v3 Made in USA Cream collab, but considering the rapid-fire timeline of most Kith partnerships, we don’t expect to wait long.
