The Kith x Marvel X-Men 60th Anniversary Collection Releases July 28

In a stunning tribute to X-Men's 60th Anniversary, Kith and Marvel have teamed up to create an extensive collection that brings nostalgia to the fore. Revisiting iconic X-Men artwork, Kith's founder Ronnie Fieg lends a distinct personal touch to this anniversary collaboration.

Diving into Fieg’s childhood memories, the collection includes everything from apparel and footwear to accessories and collectibles, featuring reinterpreted X-Men illustrations, graphics, and logos. The collection also involves a select group of brands, such as ASICS, Upper Deck, Modernica, and Arcade1Up, crafting an all-encompassing lifestyle offering.

The apparel range showcases tapestry coaches jackets, wool varsity jackets, satin bombers, intarsia knitwear, and vintage tees. Accessories such as headwear, skate decks, keychains, and pin sets are integral to the collection. At the same time, a special edition X-Men comic book brings the original storyline to life.

Fieg, in partnership with ASICS, designed seven custom versions of the GEL-LYTE III Remastered, each embodying a beloved X-Men character - Beast, Cyclops, Gambit, Rogue, Storm, and Wolverine in two variations. Each design is an homage to the character it represents, with distinct color-blocking and material execution.

The entire footwear collection is encased in collectible sealed boxes, resembling the Uncanny X-Men trading card packaging. Adding to the excitement, customers will not know which colorway they will receive upon purchase, making every unboxing a surprise. Each pair will also come with a collectible trading card matching the sneaker featuring Kith and Marvel co-branding.

The Kith x Marvel X-Men 60th Anniversary Collection will release on July 28, 2023, through Kith online and in-store. Before the collection's global launch, a special pop-up will be held at the San Diego Comic-Con from July 19 to 23, where attendees can have an early glimpse and shop from the collection.
