Jordan Brand's partnership with Jayson Tatum has showcased innovative design and personal storytelling, as seen in the various colorways and special editions of the Jordan Tatum 1. The latest Player Exclusive (PE) design honors the University of Michigan, adding another prestigious chapter to the Tatum 1's legacy.
The Jordan Tatum 1 University of Michigan PE stands out with its color scheme, which pays homage to its iconic colors. The sneaker features a dynamic combination of blue and white, accented with touches of gold and brown, embodying the Wolverines' spirit. Notably, the Tatum logo, usually seen atop the tongue, is replaced by the University of Michigan's Wolverines logo, rendered in vibrant yellow.
A gradient tie-dye pattern adorns the TPU overlays near the toe and midfoot, creating an eye-catching effect against the engineered mesh base and denim heel section in various shades of blue. These blue sections appear similar to the Tatum 1 Denim colorway released a few months back. The sneaker is completed with a practical and stylish white foam midsole and outsole, ensuring comfort and performance.
The Jordan Tatum 1 University of Michigan PE is not slated for a public release and will remain exclusive to the University of Michigan basketball team.
