The Jordan Tatum 1 Tunnel Walk Releases January 2024

From a young and dynamic talent on the basketball court to a style icon off of it, Jayson Tatum's partnership with Jordan Brand is a match that has excited sneakerheads since its inception. As the star player of the Celtics, Tatum's affinity for Jordans has resulted in a plethora of personalized PE sneakers, embodying both retro and performance-driven designs. 2023 marked a significant milestone with the release of his debut signature sneaker, the Jordan Tatum 1. Introduced with the memorable Zoo colorway, this model expanded its portfolio with several designs, including the Cool Grey and Wave Runner variants during the Holiday 2023 season. And as the anticipation for the Tatum 2 in Spring 2024 continues to build, the Tatum 1 is ready to make another splash with its upcoming Tunnel Walk edition.

The Jordan Tatum 1 Tunnel Walk embraces many textures and hues to ensure on-court performance meets urban style. The sneaker employs a lightweight engineered mesh at its foundation, bestowing the title of the lightest footwear in the Jordan Brand's collection. Dominated by earth-inspired shades of tan and brown, this model prominently features canvas overlays on the eyestays and heel alongside the mesh tongue. These components collectively adopt a desert camo pattern, harmoniously blending tan and brown elements. Black and white shades are interspersed on the laces, while the iconic "JT" emblem and Jumpman branding punctuate the design in black.

Tatum's signature, jersey number "0", and the knit accent on the medial side are rendered in a striking volt shade, delivering a vibrant counterpoint. The foam midsole ensures comfort and functionality, which houses the volt green uncaged Zoom Air unit. This dynamic sole extends upwards, wrapping the midfoot, and is further reinforced by a tan TPU layer. Completing the look, the sole exhibits a dual-color approach with a natural gum finish on the zonal traction near the toe and a muted sail shade on the foam areas.

The Jordan Tatum 1 Tunnel Walk will release on January 4, 2024, via Nike and select Jordan Brand retailers online and in-store.
