This Fall, the Jordan MVP is set to debut, a fusion model that combines elements from the Air Jordan 6, 7, and 8 to create a fresh and unique silhouette. Already spotted in the iconic “Playoff” colorway and a variety of women’s exclusives like the “Off White Medium Soft Pink,” another women’s pair has appeared - “Team Gold Brown Kelp.”
Across the upper sits nubuck covered in team gold, with the neoprene tongue also featuring this eye-catching shade. The AJ 6-inspired tongue has a semi-translucent clear finish, while elements from the AJ 7 are found on the branding along the lateral collar and medial heel. The AJ 8 TPU overlay in brown kelp, black, and white is located on the lateral heel, adding depth to the design. Perforated details and panels call back to the AJ 7 and AJ 6, while Nike Air on the heel brings heritage details to this brand-new design. Finally, the AJ 6 midsole featuring brown kelp and team gold is paired with a black and semi-translucent rubber outsole, completing the design.
The Jordan MVP Team Gold Brown Kelp W is set to release in Fall 2023 through Nike and select Jordan Brand retailers online and in-store. Available in women's sizing, the retail price is set at $165.
