While Luka Dončić is known primarily as both a professional basketball player and a soccer star, he's also renowned for his bold and vibrant personality that we've all come to adore over the years. With that in mind, the Dallas Mavericks point guard has now unleashed a new Jordan Luka 1 that perfectly embodies his colorful character with the Jordan Luka 1 "Racer Blue."
One of the latest colorways to hit his Jordan Brand silhouette, the upper is dipped in an eye-catching racer blue hue and is crafted from a versatile knit construction and infused with Flightwire cable technology. The Don's logo is painted in a striking ghost green, and this tone extends towards the Jumpman branding and the oversized pull tab around the back. Underfoot, the midsole is made from the newly-developed Formula 23 foam, and it's equipped with an IsoPlate foot frame for the perfect combination of comfort, support, and response. The outsole is then decorated with a vibrant array of colors, done up in a head-turning graffiti-like aesthetic.
The Jordan Luka 1 Racer Blue was originally scheduled to release on October 11th, 2022, in men's, gradeschool, pre-school, and toddler sizing for $110, $80, $70, and $50, respectively. After a delay, they will now release on February 1st, 2023. Expected to be available at Nike as well as at select Jordan Brand retailers worldwide, both online and in-store.
