Jordan Brand is helping lead the way in women’s basketball, joining the push to sponsor WNBA athletes and support women’s college teams just as much as the men. On the product side, Jordan is going deep, though, building a new silhouette specifically designed to address the needs of the women’s game.
The Jordan Heir Series 2 is the sequel to the first Jordan shoe geared towards the women’s hoops market, and this time around, The Jumpman is bringing even more performance technology tailored to the quick cuts and speed of the women’s game. Adding an Air Zoom unit in the forefoot and a thick drop-in Cushlon 3.0 midsole, the Heir Series 2 combines comfort with stability and traction, holding the foot in place with a TPU exoskeleton and rubber herringbone outsole.

“With my footwork being an important part of my game, the Heir Series 2 is a performance shoe that provides the flexibility and stability for me to be a force on both ends of the floor,” Minnesota Lynx star and Jordan athlete Napheesa Collier said. “Everyone who follows my game knows I was a fan of the Heir Series, but the innovation in the Heir Series 2 has exceeded my expectations.”
The Jordan Heir Series 2 will first be released February 20, 2026 through Nike and select Jordan retailers in-store and online. Available in unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $115. Expect plenty of colorways and special releases on the model throughout 2026. For all the latest Jordan news and drop info, download the Sole Retriever mobile app.
