JJJJound’s Latest New Balance Collab Covers a 990v3 in Black and Beige

JJJJound is looking toward the future with a step backward. The Montreal-based clothing label has spent years redefining the collaboration in its minimalist, basic mold. Now, with New Balance Made in USA embracing the 990v4 in its latest Fall/Winter ‘26 catalog as we prep for the debut of the 990v7, JJJJound has prepped a new 990v3 colorway.

Four Js on a v3

The JJJJound x New Balance 990v3 Made in USA was previewed on the JJJJound Instagram page early Monday morning, at first with a typo that pegged the pair for a F/W 2028 drop. After the comment section started complaining about the long wait, the JJJJound admin rectified the joke, switching it to F/W 2027. A few minutes later? The caption was clarified again, with a much shorter wait and a F/W ‘26 release.

Featuring a monochrome upper covered in soft beige tan, the side panel logo switches to black to match the midsole. A small hit of metallic silver highlights the 990 logo on the lateral heel, while more black on the midsole serves as a background for the only JJJJound co-branding in white.
