JJJJound Announces Release Date for New Balance 475 Collaboration

The team at JJJJound in Montreal have become masters of understated and elevated collaborations. You may mistake a JJJJound sneaker for a regular GR colorway, but that is the brand’s signature style, and for once, we’re getting some color in a JJJJound project. Over the last few weeks, previews of a JJJJound x New Balance 475 collab have hit the ‘net thanks to the brand’s lookbook, including a bright yellow colorway to go alongside a more subdued black and white color scheme. Now, an official release date has been announced.
JJJJound’s two New Balance 475s feature the same construction, with premium suede overlays and a jersey mesh base below. The black pair uses this shade on the overlays and underlays, while reserving the white accents for the laces, tongue, and sockliner. On the yellow pair, the hits of white only land on the tongue and laces, while the sockliner is done in black. Both remove the woven tongue label and instead place the JJJJound logo on the heel tab. Finishing both pairs is a white foam midsole and a black rubber outsole.
It’s been a bit since we’ve seen NB drop a 475 colorway, but with JJJJound now dropping two colorways of the archival sneaker, will we see more pairs hit shelves in 2026? That’s still not confirmed for now, but we did previously see New Balance tap partners like AURALEE, so it’s possible more is coming from the model.
The JJJJound x New Balance 475 Pack will be released April 9, 2026 through JJJJound’s website. As of now, the retail price has not yet been announced.
