Jack’s New Shoes: Jack Harlow Debuts a Brown Leather New Balance T500 Olmsted

Jack Harlow is just a normal guy, wearing a totally normal hat, out for a stroll in the city. The Louisville rapper has been spending a lot of time in New York City since he hit it big, and for his latest collaboration with New Balance, Harlow is paying tribute to the massive park smack dab in the middle of the Big Apple.

Jack Goes to the Park

The Jack Harlow x New Balance T500 Olmsted takes its name from Frederick Law Olmsted, the landscape architect responsible for shaping Central Park in Manhattan, Cherokee Park in Louisville, Prospect Park in Brooklyn, and other green spaces across North America. Incorporating Olmsted’s crowning achievement in the debut commercial for the colorway, Harlow is seen walking through Manhattan before running into a friend on a bench in the middle of Central Park, with both of them rocking the Olmsted colorway.

So far, we’ve only seen the shoe in the preview video that Harlow posted to Instagram, but from what we can see, the low-profile walking shoe is remade in a coat of soft brown leather. Blending the worlds of sneakers and formal footwear, the monochrome colorway is brown from outsole to laces, toe to heel.

The Jack Harlow x New Balance T500 Olmsted will be released at a free pop-up at Olmsted-designed Cherokee Park in Louisville, Kentucky, on August 28, 2026 at 3pm.
