How to Win the Nike Book 2 McDonald’s Friends and Family Giveaway

Devin Booker and Ronald McDonald, at first glance, seem like an unlikely pairing. However, you may be surprised to learn that Devin has a Super Sized history with McDonald’s. When he was still a budding prospect, he participated in the storied McDonald’s All-American Game, and in his pro career has been an incredible partner of the Ronald McDonald House charity. Over a decade removed from dropping 8 points and an assist in 16 minutes off the bench at the All-American Game, Book and Ronald are joining forces once more for a Nike Book 2 McDonald’s collab that also includes an ultra-limited friends-and-family rendition.

Inspired by the McDonald’s location in Sedona, Arizona, which famously replaces the traditional colors of the McDonald’s arches with teal, the retail version of the McDonald’s Nike Book 2 hits shelves on June 2, 2026. In all honesty, it’ll be a fairly easy shoe to buy at retail. However, the teal-shaded friends-and-family version is limited to just 50 pairs, with all of them being given away by McDonald’s through a promotion on the McDonald’s app.

How to Enter the Nike Book 2 McDonald’s Friends and Family Giveaway

As with all sweepstakes giveaways, there are multiple ways to enter to win the friends and family version of the McDonald’s Nike Book 2. The first and easiest is to order one of six new McCafe specialty drinks in the McDonald’s app. Make sure you have a MyMcDonald’s rewards account set up, and you opt in to MyMcDonald’s Rewards & Deals. Once that is complete, you’ll click the tab on the home page of the app that reads “More points, more free food” (pictured above). Here, you’ll be able to unlock the giveaway for the friends and family Nike Book 2 McDonald’s.

Once you have unlocked the giveaway, click one of the three ways to use the bonus. Order one of the six new drinks via pickup, delivery, or use your QR code at the restaurant. After you order your drink, McDonald’s will email you to confirm your entry into the giveaway.

If you’re not trying to go to McDonald’s or spend three bucks on the new drinks, there is a way to enter without making a purchase. It does take more work, though, as you’ll need to mail a postage-paid handwritten entry with your name, address, and telephone number. Click here to see the official rules. If you scroll down to “3.
