The Hello Kitty x adidas collection now includes the classic Forum Low.
After finding herself back on the Nike Air Presto, Sanrio’s Hello Kitty character was recently spotted with The Swoosh’s rival adidas on their Superstar silhouette. Now it seems that the Japanese and German duo have more in store for us as images of the Hello Kitty x adidas Forum Low have emerged.
Taking on a black, white, pink, and red color combo, the sneaker is covered in leather across its various overlays and underlays with Hello Kitty details adding flair to the low-top model. Atop the black leather overlays on the mudguard, midfoot, and heel is a polka dot embroidery that comes in white, passing by the Hello Kitty graphic and text along the collar portion. Heading over to the Three Stripes branding, white leather with red trim accents the pink piping and black eyestays that feature white eyelets. For the lockdown strap, adidas branding remains true to the OG with a black and red combo sitting atop the pink Trefoil-branded tongue tag. Tying in the collaboration, the box comes co-branded and includes a Hello Kitty hangtag. Finishing off the sneaker is a white rubber midsole paired with a black rubber outsole.
The Hello Kitty x adidas Forum Low is set to release in 2022 through adidas and select Three Stripes retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is TBA.
