The HAL Studios x adidas Intimidation Low Pack Releases September 2025

HAL Studios has quickly ascended the ranks in the sneaker world thanks to its innovative designs and high-profile collaborations with Asics. The label tackled the Gel-Kayano 20 and Gel-1130, later debuting its first adidas collab on the Velosamba sneaker. Now, after teasers at the start of 2025, HAL Studios' adidas Intimidation Low collection is finally hitting shelves.

If the model seems familiar to you, you're probably remembering the Yeezy 500, which used the same tooling as the 1999 performance basketball sneaker. Retailer Packer helped revive the mid-top version of the sneaker in 2023, later converting it into a low-top in December 2024.

Originally previewing just a close-up of one pair, HAL Studios' John Bouquet showcased the two upcoming HAL Studios iterations of the adidas Intimidation Low alongside the Green F&F colorway. One pair dubbed Dolomite showcases a clean and neutral design with a white and cream palette, exuding a minimalist yet sophisticated vibe. The second pair, Meteorite, features a black-and-white color palette with a gum outsole inspired by molten terrain.

HAL was able to redesign the sneaker and change the construction, introducing a new, translucent RPU molded cage. On top of this, we can see a new tongue tag that features HAL Studios branding and a co-branded adidas and HAL Studios leather insole. The brand also added a carbon fiber heel counter, ripstop trims, and reflective detailing.

The HAL Studios x adidas Intimidation Low Collection will release September 3, 2025, through HAL Studios online. As of this writing, the retail price has yet to be announced.
