If you feel like you’ve seen a ton more collaborations in the running space as of late, you’ve got a great eye. The hype side of the footwear industry realized how much people have gravitated toward running, or just comfortable footwear to wear when out and about, and pushed all its chips in. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, and it’s definitely not the case when looking at what On has accomplished in this time. The Swiss-based running brand has partnered with Erewhon, DSM, PAF, FKA Twigs, Zendaya, and now Free People Movement.
FP Movement’s Latest On Collab
Tackling three sneakers in total, which include two colorways of the Cloudmonster 3 and one of the Cloud X Tempo, the collection is perfect for the end of the summer days. An Alpine Floral motif is applied to the engineered mesh upper of the Cloudmonster 3, done in a tonal white hue on the Ivory pair and a contrasting deeper pink on the Dusty Rose rendition. Both colorways feature a triple-layer CloudTec cushioning setup in tonal hues that complement each respective color.
For the Cloud X Tempo, a new hybrid training shoe from On, the silhouette comes in only one colorway: Ivory Chalk. Instead of applying the Alpine Floral print to the upper, FP Movement reserves the pattern for the insole. That leaves the stretchy knit and mesh paper to remain simple, with its two-tone ivory and chalk finish. Contrasting details are found via the On logos on the toe and midfoot, as well as the Swiss flag applied to the lateral heel. The sneaker is complete with a Helion foam and a CloudTec cushioned sole unit,

The Free People Movement x On Cloudmonster 3 and Cloud X Tempo are available now through FP Movement’s website and Dick’s Sporting Goods online and in-store. Available in unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $190 for the Cloud X Tempo and $200 for the Cloudmonster 3 colorways.
