Fast forward two years, and the two brands are back at it again, this time with a graphic-heavy capsule that comprises of the Vans Destruct Mid MTE-1, Vans Mid Slip MTE-1, and the all-new Vans Surf Boot Hi Split Toe 3MM.
While still maintaining its surfing roots, the collection places a new emphasis on a DIY-inspired aesthetic. The brand new Surf Boot Hi, on the other hand, boasts a micro-waffle grip for extra performance and split toe design for increased dexterity. This is all equipped with a rubber-dipped upper that’s both flexible and insulating. Elsewhere, the Former x Vans capsule includes a long-sleeve T-shirt and a sherpa-lined Former Jacket that’s decorated with co-branded detailing throughout.
