The Jordan Air Ship holds a special place in the rich tapestry of basketball sneakers. Drenched in the story of the forget-me-not flower, the collaboration, aptly named "From Bud To Flower," is an ode to nature's cycles. The shoe reflects the flower's journey from a pristine white to its vibrant full bloom, typically featuring blue and or purple shades. Some flower species will change colors after blooming, going from blue to purple. A crisp white leather upper is adorned with the silhouette, maintaining the classic appeal synonymous with the Air Ship. Contrasted with a grey suede Swoosh, the shoe follows the same route as inline releases like the “Tech Grey” colorway. The blue hue of the Nike Air branding on the heel tab mirrors the tone on the rubber outsole, reminiscent of the forget-me-not's bloom. Though not clearly seen, the teaser posted by Forget-me-nots showcases a blue tongue tag matching the other blue hues. The jagged-edge leather collar makes a bold statement, lending an edge to the design. It’s also unconfirmed at this time if there will be tearaway layers, as there isn’t any “rush fuchsia” visible even though it is listed as one of the official colors.
