Foot Locker Exclusive adidas Back to Sports Collection

Even though Foot Locker is now part of the Dick’s Sporting Goods family, the retail giant is still operating on its own and has plenty of plans for exclusive releases over the coming months. In the first half of 2025, Foot Locker dropped a series of exclusive capsules with brands like New Balance, including the Pastel Blue Collection and Saturated Pack, and adidas, which included six exclusive adidas Originals sneakers back in March. Just in time for back to school, Foot Locker will be the exclusive home for three adult and three kids' adidas sneakers under the Back to Sport Collection.

Starting with the adult pairs, the adidas Samba undergoes two different makeovers, one in the traditional OG build in White Blue Red, and the Long Tongue variant in Pink Black. The White Blue Red pair features premium leather uppers in a cream white shade, contrasted by baby blue hues on the heel tab, tongue tag, and serrated leather Three Stripes. Also present on the Three Stripes' edge are burgundy red pops. Finishing the design is the suede T toe overlay, crochet-esque overstitching on the heel, and a gum sole unit.

For the Samba LT, the leather and suede silhouette is primarily pink, with black hits on the suede Three Stripes and heel overlay. Tonal pink shades take over the T-toe overlay, lace set, and long folded tongue. Like the other Samba, this pair hosts crochet-like stitching details on the heel.

The final pair in the adult collection is a Grey Navy Blue colorway of the adidas Adizero Aruku. The running-inspired lifestyle sneaker comes with a grey mesh base, metallic silver panels wrapping around the toe and midfoot, and metallic navy blue hues on the Three Stripes. Black accents pop on the lace set and outsole, while the design is complete with a chunky grey SWIRLFOAM midsole and black outsole.

For the kids, the same silhouettes are utilized, though the Samba is done up in two OG variants and not a long-tongue version. One of the two Sambas features tonal pink shades on most of the paneling, with the Three Stripes accenting in a lighter pink. The other variant comes in baby blue with pink suede Three Stripes. Finally, the Adizero Aruku comes coated in pink shades on its upper and is grounded by a white SWIRLFOAM midsole.

The Foot Locker Exclusive adidas Back to Sport Collection will roll out throughout July on Foot Locker’s website and in-store at the retailer’s storefronts. Retail pricing ranges between $140 and $100 for the adult pairs and $110 and $70 for the kids pairs.
