Let's start from the top. When we launched the Sole Retriever App back in April of this year, we offered one pricing plan (with a 7 day free trial) - the $4.99/month Basic option - which still remains as an option!
Now, alongside the exciting release of our highly-anticipated new Restocks feature (full explanation to follow below), we've introduced a second pricing plan - the $11.99/month Pro option. Access to the Restocks feature is exclusively available to users on the Pro plan. Existing Basic users may upgrade to Pro at anytime by navigating to the Live Feed screen within the app and tapping the Restocks tab.
What's the difference between Basic and Pro?
Users on the Basic plan will see absolutely no difference in the features or services they have already been enjoying. As it relates to restock alerts, Basic users will still receive any manual push notifications we send to app users relating to restocks. The differentiating feature which is exclusive to Pro-tier users is access to our custom configured, automatic restock monitors via the Restocks tab in the Live Feed.
What does the Restocks feature do?
Located on the Live Feed screen of the app, Restocks allows users to receive real-time alerts when top products from their favorite sneaker and streetwear sites come back in-stock thanks to our custom configured, automatic site monitors. With our custom set of feeds to select from, you’re in the driver's seat - set alerts for everything you want, nothing you don’t. From Nike and adidas, to Supreme, Palace, and more, we’ve got you covered.
Is the Restocks feature for US users only?
Nope! Our restock monitors allow you to configure restock alerts for plenty of international websites & stores, including European top-sites, SNKRS (all regions), Supreme (all regions), and more.
Will there be more sites added to the Restocks monitor in the future?

Is there an option to pay yearly instead of monthly?
Yep! Both plans - Basic and Pro - are eligible for yearly billing options (and you save 2 months by paying yearly)! If you are a Basic user who is upgrading to Pro, when you go to upgrade within the app, you'll have an option to select a yearly or monthly toggle for your plan. Additionally, at any time, any existing user of either plan may switch their billing cycle preferences in their respective app store's subscription settings!
