Last week, LEGO took to social media with a sly teaser that had Dragon Ball fans across the globe waiting with bated breath. The Danish brickmakers would finally team up with the legendary anime and manga series for buildable LEGO sets, but the short seven-second video left us all wondering what the two could possibly be cooking up. Now, we have an official look and release date for the first-ever LEGO x Dragon Ball collab.
Dragon Ball x LEGO Shenron and Goku Set Details
The debut LEGO x Dragon Ball set is a 1,764-piece LEGO Dragon Ball Shenron & Goku, depicting the fan-favorite character with the dragon, Shenron. Kid Goku can be seen riding his Kintoun, which can be detached and repositioned. At the base of the scaly, looping dragon sits seven Dragon Balls, with electric energy emanating around the legendary items. Of course, the centerpiece is Shenron circling a tower, and LEGO made sure to bring the dragon energy to the max. Red lines the dragon's body, and the creature's scales are represented via the studs of LEGO bricks.

Soon, fans around the globe will get to enjoy the iconic characters and epic adventures of Dragon Ball in a whole new way through exciting collaboration,” said Masayuki Endo, President and CEO at Toei Animation Inc. “This initial release celebrates the original ‘Dragon Ball’ episodic series – and no Dragon Ball collection will be complete without these LEGO Dragon Ball products.”
Dragon Ball x LEGO Shenron and Goku Set Release Info
The Dragon Ball x LEGO Shenron and Goku will be released for LEGO Insiders on November 1, 2026 through LEGO’s website, while a global release will take place on November 4, 2026. Retail is set at $180.
