Neutral color palettes, monochromatic makeovers, and subtle branding details typically define Dover Street Market x Nike releases, and this rings true once again. Rei Kawakubo’s global retail storefront presents its take on Nike’s archival Air Superfly in three neutral colorways.
Initially released in the early 2000s as a women’s running silhouette, the Air Superfly returned in 2025 as a certified lifestyle hit. The pendulum in women’s fashion has swung from the polar opposite of the chunky, “dad shoe” aesthetic to low-profile, thin-sole silhouettes, precisely where the Air Superfly fits in. The three pairs in Hyper Black, Summit White, and Smoke Grey come with a perforated leather upper and suede accents.

Updated branding details for Dover Street Market, specifically the retailer’s hut logo, are found on the top of the tonal perforated leather tongue of the left shoe and the insole. Traditional Nike branding is found on the right tongue and the lateral collar. Tonal foam midsoles and outsoles finish the sneakers.
