DJ Khaled x Air Jordan 5 Sail Drops On November 28th

Aside from getting trapped on jetskis in the Atlantic Ocean, producing hit after hit, and inspiring us through his social media, DJ Khaled happens to be one of the biggest sneakerheads in the music industry. After getting exclusive colorways of Jordan sneakers in the past through his We The Best label, Khaled is set to release an entire set of Air Jordan 5 collaborations with early in-hand images emerging of the DJ Khaled x Air Jordan 5 We The Best "Sail."

Taking on a premium tumbled leather across the upper, this leather gets dressed in a light sail color palette, accented by colorful hits throughout. Working up from the toe box, the leather overlay hosting white plastic eyestays and plastic side cage netting is home to a set of white flat laces, running up the 3M reflective tongue to a black embroidered Jumpman. Lining the tongue and internal collar is a light blue quilted material with the typical “Air Jordan” tags behind the tongue replaced with “Keep Going.” Back on the heel and split between the left and right pair respectively is “We The Best” and “Nike Air” embroidery in a shade of gold. Underfoot, a two-tone black and purple midsole with an exposed Air Unit on the heel gets its shark teeth covered in a two-tone grey and white speckled design. Rounding out the look is an icy blue semi-translucent rubber outsole featuring split branding between Jumpman and We The Best.

The DJ Khaled x Air Jordan 5 Retro Sail is slated to release on November 28th, 2022 through Nike and select Jordan Brand retailers online and in-store. Coming in men's sizes, retail is set at $225.
