Collegium Is Giving Away It’s Discord Collab

Founded as a platform for groups of gamers to communicate and create communities, Discord has exploded in popularity over the last few years with brands like Cactus Jack and adidas creating servers. With a rise of popularity comes more opportunities to expand into new areas. Discord has teamed up with premium sneaker brand Collegium on a Pillar Destroyer High, marking their first foray into the sneaker culture.

The Discord x Collegium Pillar Destroyer High cuts no corners when it comes to craftsmanship. Designed in LA and handmade in Italy, only the highest quality Italian materials are used to construct this sneaker. The colorway is inspired by Wumpus, the purple colored mascot of Discord. A white leather base is paired to grey suede overlays around the toe box, eyelets and heel. Wumpus the mascot makes an appearance on the upper as well, embossed on the suede heel overlay. Discord's purple color scheme is dressed on another suede overlay along the mid foot panel on both sides of the silhouette as well as a branded tongue tag. The last piece of branding comes in the form of the insole which features the company's logo and slogan “Imagine A Place.” Rounding out the vintage-inspired look is a yellowed midsole sitting atop a light blue rubber outsole.
