The Kim Jones run Dior is known for collaborative efforts every season, working with Daniel Arsham in the past and a postponed Travis Scott collection. For the FW22 season, Birkenstock gets the Dior treatment in a variety of colors and multiple models.
Coming in the collection is the Boston Clog and Milano Sandal with varying materials and color amongst the silhouettes. Constructed with grey suede and felt, the Boston Clogs feature rubber mudguards, floral embroidery and a Dior monogram on the outsole. Regular buckle straps make their way on the bridge of the foot with studded straps on the heel. Alongside the grey, earth-toned colors make up a sizable part of the collection. With the Milano, a similar makeup is present. Grey across the entire footbed and sole with a leather ankle strap to secure the foot. Dior and Birkenstock branding are seen throughout with the outsole featuring standard Birkenstock pattern and Dior monogram print.
The Dior x Birkenstock collection is expected to release sometime during the Fall/Winter 2022 season through Dior and select retailers, possibly including Birkenstock, online and in-store.
