Puma has been making significant strides in the basketball sneaker market with its All-Pro Nitro model, which debuted last summer. The All-Pro Nitro has seen various collaborations and PE colorways, including an exclusive design for RJ Barrett and a special edition inspired by The Polar Express. Continuing its momentum, Puma is now releasing a new colorway of the All-Pro Nitro in collaboration with NBA player Dennis Schröder.
Dennis Schröder, known for his speed and agility on the court, brings his flair to the Puma All-Pro Nitro with a striking golden hue. This latest iteration features an engineered mesh upper that ensures breathability and lightweight support, perfect for quick cuts and explosive movements. Metallic gold leather overlays accentuate the eyestays and wrap around the medial toe, adding a premium touch to the sneaker's design. The tonal lace set blends seamlessly into the golden upper, creating a cohesive and luxurious look.
On the tongue, Dennis Schröder's logo is prominently displayed in black, accompanied by the motivational quote "Hard work pays off" underneath. This personal touch highlights Schröder's journey and work ethic and adds an element of inspiration for fans and athletes alike. The insole also features Schröder's logo alongside the Puma Basketball logo, emphasizing the collaboration. The midsole is equipped with Puma's Nitro Foam cushioning technology, providing exceptional responsiveness and comfort during play. The tonal gold outsole finishes the design, ensuring a consistent and stylish appearance from top to bottom.
The Dennis Schröder x Puma All-Pro Nitro will release on June 1, 2024, through Puma and select retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $150.
