De'Aaron Fox Debuts The Under Armour Curry Fox 2
Published
Steph Curry’s label with Under Armour, Curry Brand, introduced its first signature athlete not named Steph when De’Aaron Fox dropped his Curry Fox 1 sneaker at the end of 2024. Since then, the model has dropped in around seven different colorways, with the Lexington-inspired colorway being the last pair to drop back in March. It’s been quiet on the Curry Fox front until last night, when De’Aaron himself stepped out rocking the follow-up Curry Fox 2.
Fox wanted his signature model to have the vibes of a mesh runner, and this has been achieved once again with the Fox 2. Design-wise, it’s not too far off from the original, with this being more of an incremental upgrade rather than an overhaul in the design language of the series. The forefoot lockdown strap remains, though it’s been redesigned to no longer feature as prominent a fox tail as the OG.

Fused TPU film reinforces the toebox and portions of the midfoot, while the tongue contains a split mesh and suede design. Curry Brand logos find a home on the tongue, with debossed Curry text placed here, and on the TPU heel counter. Down below sits a UA Flow foam midsole in a similar design to the Curry Fox 1.
The Under Armour Curry Fox 2 will release sometime in 2025 through Under Armour and select retailers online and in-store. As of now, retail pricing has not been confirmed.
