Following the IG-ready coffee shop trend, the light green color has been translated to the fashion realm, and the latest matcha-colored sneaker might be the best yet.

The Daniëlle Cathari x Kith x New Balance 991v2 Made in UK Reverse is a sequel to last year’s 991v2 in matcha green suede with brown mesh, swapping the panels for a perfect combo of chocolate brown suede and green mesh…come to think of it, this might be the perfect Dubai chocolate bar colorway to match last year’s matchas and your new Labubu.

Staying true to last year’s blocking, the follow-up colorway keeps the silver reflective support panels, tongue and heel labels, “N” side logo, and 991 branding on the heel, plus a split midsole with cream on the back half and crisp white on the front half. We might joke about the matcha, Labubu, Dubai chocolate brain rot the colorway brings to mind, but this is the kind of perfect color and material mix that New Balance heads dream of.

The Daniëlle Cathari x Kith x New Balance 991v2 Made in UK Reverse will be released via Kith online and in-store on October 31.
