The Converse Weapon Ox Collegiate Pack Releases March 2024

Converse has observed how archival silhouettes from the '80s have maintained a chokehold on the sneaker world and reintroduced the Converse Weapon in OG form. This reintroduction is a tribute to its original form and a celebration of its legacy, refreshed for a new generation. Alongside the OG variant, a low-top version has also come to fruition with the latest series of colorways coming in collegiate-ready makeups. This release follows up on A-COLD-WALL*'s recent take on the low-top Weapon.

The Converse Weapon Ox Collegiate Pack is a harmonious blend of tradition and fashion-forward design, offering a selection of five new colorways: Black Egret, Egret Sail, Egret University Blue, Off White Varsity Red, and Egret Vintage Green. Each pair stays true to the original construction and material makeup that made the Weapon a court favorite in the '80s, featuring premium leather uppers adorned with Egret hues. The distinct color blocking of the latter three colorways accentuates the chevron logo, tongue tag, sockliner, and heel, injecting a dose of collegiate spirit into each sneaker. The other two, Black Egret and Egret Sail, feature neutral hues from top to bottom. This detail-oriented approach extends to the vintage midsole and tonal rubber outsole, rounding off each pair with a touch of nostalgia and enduring style.

The Converse Weapon Ox Collegiate Pack will release on March 18, 2024, through Converse and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $110.
