The CAYL x New Balance Collection Releases October 13

CAYL, short for Climb As You Love, has consistently struck the right chord with climbers and outdoor enthusiasts with its unique outerwear offerings. The Korean powerhouse's work with New Balance previously brought us two all-new silhouettes, the CRV ZIP and CRV SLIDE sandals. Now, as we edge closer to the end of 2023, the two are joining forces again for a collection that promises to be a feast for sneakerheads with a penchant for outdoor adventures.

This upcoming collaboration presents two distinguished New Balance silhouettes: the New Balance 610 and the New Balance Fresh Foam X More Trail v3. The 610 boasts an earthy palette with green shades complemented by darker hues. The meticulously crafted upper integrates suede, mesh, and ripstop nylon materials. The suede overlays diverge slightly in color, bringing a napped texture that adds depth and dimension. Meanwhile, the Fresh Foam showcases a greyscale vibe. Mesh and TPU intricately form its upper, and the sneaker's chunky two-part midsole promises exceptional comfort and support, making it an ideal choice for outdoor aficionados. While the branding remains subtle, CAYL's symbolic presence on both pairs stands out, especially with its logo perched on the 610's tongue and lateral collar.

The CAYL x New Balance Collection will release via overseas retailers on September 30, 2023, and via CAYL and New Balance on October 12, 2023. Available in men’s sizing, the New Balance 610 is priced at $160, while the Fresh Foam X More Trail v3 will retail at $175.
