Brooks Brings Back the Cascadia 1 In Two Colorways
Published
Brooks Running has finally re-entered the retro footwear space as the heritage running brand dropped the first-ever re-release of the Adrenaline GTS 4 in two inline variants and one in collaboration with Jeff Staple earlier this year. Next for the brand’s retro line is the Cascadia 1, returning in two colorways.
For those unfamiliar with the Cascadia, the sneaker was initially released in 2004 and developed in collaboration with Scott Jurek, one of the greatest runners ever. The design also marked the first time Brooks entered the trail running space. Bringing the retro design back to the forefront, Brooks covers the sneaker in a vibrant Yellow Black colorway and a more muted Moonbeam Black with pops of blue and coral.

Both pairs have a breathable mesh base reinforced with suede panels along the collar, eyelets, and toe. Leather eyelets host the lace set, which rests atop a mesh tongue and stops just before the embroidered Cascadia-branded label. Final details on the upper include Brooks logos on the midfoot and heel, contrast X’s embroidered on the upper's edge, and a trail-ready midsole and outsole featuring upgraded foam and a rock shield.
The Brooks Cascadia 1 is available in two colorways via Brooks and select retailers online and in-store. Offered in unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $140.
