Brooks has been a staple in the performance running game for decades, but the brand has made breakthroughs on the lifestyle side of things in recent years as comfort continues to reign supreme and super-stacked midsoles move from the track to the street. With that cultural cache, Brooks is looking back to the recent past, pulling out a retro mesh runner of its own to compete with the wave of Asics and New Balance silhouettes channeling aughts fashion.
The Brooks Adrenaline GTS 10 was originally launched in 2009 as a performance runner, and returns with an updated midsole as a lifestyle model, debuting in six colorways: tan/silver, forest green/silver, triple white, white/blue, mint/silver, and black/blue/yellow.
Featuring an upper covered in breathable mesh, a reinforced toe panel, and curving synthetic stabilization panels, usually in shiny silver. The midsole has been updated with DNA Tuned technology for a comfy fit that could bring these 2009 retros back for a race if really necessary. In addition to the six debut pairs, Brooks has more colorways and collabs in the works for a full-court press on the fresh retro.
