Brawl Stars and adidas are Dropping Sneakers IRL and Skins In-Game

The World Cup is in full swing, and the tournament has already provided a ton of highlight moments. But outside of the actual games on the pitch, brands across industries are getting in on the action via collaborative efforts and special drops, including adidas and Brawl Stars. Now, after getting a look at the Brawl Stars x adidas Adistar Control 5, The Three Stripes and the mobile game have formally announced their multi-season partnership, starting with a World Cup-themed soccer event.

We’re a sneaker blog through and through, and while we’ll touch on the IRL and in-game portions of the Brawl Stars x adidas partnership in just a bit, let’s start with the kicks. On top of the Adistar Control 5 for the character Spike, which we saw previews of a few weeks back, the collection will also include a Superstar and Samba, the latter inspired by Poco. Each pair features in-game emblems scattered throughout the shoe and co-branded Brawl Stars and adidas logos.

On top of the sneakers, Brawl Stars and adidas have created apparel that reimagines characters like Spike, Leon, Edgar, and Nita through clothing items, including T-shirts, hoodies, track pants, track jackets, and more.

Brawl Stars x adidas In-Game Event

Those who actively play Brawl Stars or those who are now getting interested in the game can participate in the adidas Starr Cup via the all-new Super Ball mode. Super Ball is “a hypercharged evolution of Brawl Ball that is sure to be bigger and better than before,” and those participating in the tournament can even use the official Trionda match ball (the same one used in the World Cup) in-game. adiClub members will be able to redeem in-game rewards, like pinks, icons, and sprays, through the adidas app.

The first Brawl Stars x adidas capsule will be released on August 1, 2026, via adidas and select retailers online. All footwear and clothing will be offered in kids' sizing.
