As a collective of artists with the intention to disrupt the fashion world through post-punk, graphic-led designs, Brain Dead has reached heights many could only dream of - from having pieces worn by Kanye West to collaborating with the likes of Converse and Reebok. The latter of these two brands is once again tapping the collective for their elevated take on an iconic Reebok silhouette, this time the Shaqnosis.
Like many of the past Brain Dead x Reebok collabs, this Shaqnosis features hairy green suede across its non-linear overlays while Brain Dead’s logo takes over key branding details like the heel tab and vamp. Accenting this deep green hue is a sandy tan shade, found on the short haired suede underlay and sandwich mesh tongue while hairy laces and the Reebok branded tongue tag come in black. Our final shade of color, grey, appears on the heel and along the internal mesh sockliner with the entire design getting finished off by a black and green Hexalite cushioned midsole and outsole.
The Brain Dead x Reebok Shaqnosis is set to release on November 30th, 2022 through Reebok, Brain Dead, and select retailers online and in-store.
