The Best Sneakers from WNBA All-Star Weekend 2025

The 2025 WNBA All-Star Game is behind us. Team Collier ended up with the W, beating Caitlin Clark’s squad by 20 points. Outside of the game itself, the entire weekend was packed full of high-heat sneaker moments, from player exclusives made specifically for the event and debuts of brand-new models. Below, we’ve highlighted the best sneakers that were spotted at WNBA All-Star weekend.

Nike GT Cut 4 Preheat

Nike Basketball's cryptic tweet on Friday had many wondering what they meant by "buckets incoming." Little did we know that the brand would tap Paige Bueckers to debut the latest entry in the GT Cut series, the GT Cut 4. The futuristic silhouette will debut in the Preheat colorway (pictured here) in Spring 2026.

Nike Kobe 5 Protro WNBA All-Star PE

Caitlin Clark is next in line at Nike to get her own signature sneaker, though in the lead-up to the reveal of her signature logo and shoe, she's been blessed with multiple Nike Kobe player exclusives. During the 2025 WNBA All-Star Game, Clark laced up a pair that falls in line with the other flame-inspired player-exclusives. It's strikingly similar to her recently-released Nike Kobe 5 Protro Indiana Fever PE.

Nike A'One WNBA All-Star PE

A'ja Wilson's on top, top, top. The two-time WNBA MVP launched her Nike A'One sneaker earlier in the year, and created a special colorway for WNBA All-Star Weekend. While we had a shot at that pair, the one pictured above is a special version made for A'ja, featuring updated colorblocking, a flame graphic on the heel, and a different colored midsole.

Nike Sabrina 3 WNBA All-Star PE

While we initially thought Sabrina Ionescu's Nike Sabrina 3 was going to debut in the Blueprint colorway, which drops on July 26, Sab and Nike surprised us with a WNBA All-Star-inspired pair. However, like A'ja Wilson, Sabrina was given a special pair specifically for the All-Star Game that comes with updated flame graphics and slightly different colors.

Nike Ja 3 WNBA All-Star PE

Nike Basketball is trending upwards thanks to a new push in design language, best exemplified by Ja Morant's upcoming Nike Ja 3. On Friday, Sole Retriever was in attendance at a media event for the WNBA, where we spotted Washington Mystics rookie Sonia Citron rocking a special Nike Ja 3 colorway. The pair follows the design language of other Nike Basketball PEs, with flame graphics applied to the upper.

Nike KD 18 WNBA All-Star PE

Another Nike Basketball signature model done in a special WNBA All-Star colorway, the Nike KD 18 was spotted on the feet of Brionna Jones. Kevin Durant's Air Terra Humara-inspired sneaker is done primarily in black with fiery orange and red hues found on the base alongside flame graphics and branding.

Nike Book 1 WNBA All-Star PE

Kelsey Mitchell's been taking the court all season in Devin Booker's signature sneaker with Nike, the Nike Book 1, and she chose to rock his sneaker at WNBA All-Star. Again, Nike Basketball sticks to the fiery orange and flame graphic theme found on other pairs for the Book 1.

Nike Book 1 All-Star Aces Custom

For the actual WNBA All-Star Game, Kelsey Mitchell swapped out the other Nike Book 1 PE for a special version of the ACG Mowabb-inspired colorway.

Nike GT Cut 3 Turbo WNBA All-Star PE

Kayla Thornton took the floor during the WNBA All-Star Game in a special Nike GT Cut 3 Turbo WNBA All-Star PE. Once again, Nike employs a fiery red color scheme with flame graphics and nods to the 2025 WNBA All-Star Game via updated branding details.

Nike Giannis Freak 7 WNBA All-Star PE

Although the public hasn't had a shot at Giannis Antetokounmpo's next signature sneaker, the Nike Giannis Freak 7, Alyssa Thomas was able to lace up a special pair for the WNBA All-Star Game. A yellow and black color scheme is broekn up by flame patterns and a gradient pattern on the mesh base.

Air Jordan 40 Fresh Princess PE

Rhyne Howard took matters into her own hands as she wore a custom pair of Air Jordan 40s themed. The upper comes split between two different colors, though they both nod to The Fresh Princess, a play on The Fresh Prince TV show.

Under Armour Breakthru 5 Plumberry PE

Kelsey Plum and Under Armour made a special pair of the Under Armour Breakthru 5 based on an old PE worn by Plum last season. Her love of berry smoothies inspires the Plumberry colorway, which she wore throughout the weekends' festivites.

ANTA Kai 1 PE

Although the brand has not confirmed it yet, it's looking like Brittney Sykes might be the next ANTA athlete. She's been taking the court all season in ANTA Kai sneakers, and at the WNBA All-Star Game, she debuted a special colorway of the ANTA Kai 1 Chief Hélà.
