The Best Sneaker Drops from JD Sports May 2026

As we move towards the start of the summer months, we’re only getting more heat from the footwear industry. We haven’t seen a total onslaught of soccer-inspired silhouettes just yet, but that’ll change following a packed month of Nike and Jordan retro releases as well as a restock of the viral Nike Mind 001.

Alongside these drops, New Balance has cooked up a host of Grey Days releases, and you’ll be able to cop virtually everything hot this month from JD Sports. Below, we’ve highlighted the best sneakers releasing in June at JD Sports. Alongside release dates, we have Status Exclusive Access dates for select drops.

Nike Air Max 95 Big Bubble Comet - 05/08

Another OG rendition of Sergio Lozano’s Air Max 95 getting a big bubble makeover is the Comet Red. While its Slate counterpart opts for a white shoe with blue accents, the Comet uses red hues as the accenting colorway. A gradient of white to grey and then black is used on the midfoot, with the pops of red found on the nylon lace loops, branding details, and Air units.

New Balance ABZORB 2010 Grey Days - 05/08

One of the many Grey Days releases from New Balance this year, the ABZORB 2010 is getting in on the holiday for the second time. The original Grey Days 2010 featured the classic Raincloud hue, while this year’s version opts for metallic silver accents next to darker grey shades.

Air Jordan 11 Retro Low Mother’s Day (W) - 05/09

We all can get behind the message of celebrating moms, and Jordan Brand has made Mother’s Day shopping a bit easier this year with an Air Jordan 11 Retro Low inspired by the women who raised us. The white and gold AJ 11 Low features a special heart keychain and a note that commemorates Mother’s Day.

Nike Air Griffey Max 1 Freshwater - 05/15

There might be a lot of coverage around the NBA playoffs, but it’s baseball season, baby. Nike is going back into the vault and bringing Ken Griffey Jr.’s Freshwater Griffey Max 1 sneaker in OG fashion.

Air Jordan 3 Retro World’s Best Dad - 05/16

Mother’s Day celebrations precede Father’s Day, and Jordan Brand wasn’t going to miss out on honoring both parental figures. Just a week after the Mother’s Day AJ 11, the Air Jordan 3 gets a World’s Best Father colorway that doubles as a Father’s Day sneaker and an homage to MJ’s dad. How so? The elephant print is replaced with the print of the carpet found on the floor of the SuperSonics locker room, where MJ collapsed in joy after winning his first NBA Finals after his father’s passing.

Air Jordan 3 Retro Brazil - 05/16

With the World Cup coming to America, and Jordan Brand recently signing a deal with Brazil's national football team, what better time to get a Brazilian-themed Air Jordan? The team at Jordan Brand cooked up an Air Jordan 3 that evokes the nation's flag, the national team's illustrious history in the World Cup, and the country's famous sunsets.

Nike Air Max 95 Big Bubble Slate - 05/17

One of the original Air Max 95 colorways is returning for the first time in big bubble form, the Air Max 95 Slate. The primarily white sneaker features a gradient of blue hues on the midfoot paneling, and as mentioned, now features big bubble Air units in the heel.

Nike Mind 001 Pearl Pink (W) - 05/21

Nike has been drip-feeding Nike Mind restocks to hungry sneakerheads ever since the Mind 001 and Mind 002 sold out instantly back in January. Next up is a restock on May 21, with JD Sports reporting they’ll have the women’s-exclusive Pearl Pink colorway.

Nike Air DT Max ‘96 Low - 05/22

Deion Sanders is getting low. Not Primetime himself, but his signature sneaker with Nike, the Air DT Max ‘96. After an early release of the DT Max ‘96 Low at select retailers to start the month, JD will release the pair on May 22.

The WWE star was tasked with debuting the sneaker, and even if it’s not an official Roman Reigns Jordan sneaker, it might as well be with its black and red color palette.
