In the past several years, Reebok has tapped BAPE for a multitude of collaborations, the last of which was a Club C released exclusively at the BAPE store in Miami that was limited to 200 pairs. Luckily, the newest iteration in the BAPE x Reebok realm will be easier to get. Along with an Instapump Fury, BAPE is set to drop an all-new Club C 85.
This BAPE x Reebok Club C 85 version has a clean, classic design that has remained relevant since its debut. With a solid white leather upper, this colorway may appear like a standard Club C until one takes a closer look. The iconic BAPE Star that is seen on many of their collabs is featured on the medial side of the right shoe and lateral side of the left, breaking up the standard design on the opposite sides.
Aside from the Star, BAPE branding is seen on the tongue and back heel of this pair. Accenting blue and red contrast stitching provides a pop of color on the plain base, flipping the placement between each sneaker. Down on the midsole, a standard cup sole is present. Each pair comes in custom packaging to tie things altogether.
The BAPE x Reebok Club C 85 is set to release exclusively at BAPE on January 15th, 2022. A wider release is set to follow on January 21st, 2022 at Reebok as well as select retailers in-store and online. They will be available in men’s sizing with a retail price set at $150.
