When it comes to footwear collabs, Disney has kept its long-running partnership with adidas active, recently dropping Toy Story shoes and continuing a run of Marvel-inspired kids kicks. But on the apparel side, Disney has worked with a ton of labels, including a friend of adidas, BAPE. Next up in the BAPE x Disney partnership, which dates back 20 years, is a collaboration with Mickey & Friends.
BAPE x Disney Mickey & Friends Collection
BAPE and Disney iconography collide on multiple T-shirts and crewnecks, some done with BAPE offshoot Baby Milo and others in classic A Bathing Ape fashion. Three classic characters from the Disney universe, Mickey and Minnie Mouse and Donald Duck, are present on the shirts, with each getting their own individual A Bathing Ape graphic that adds ABC Camo print to their appearance.
In addition to the individual graphics in their traditional character design, BAPE gives a Baby Milo makeover to the three, placing them next to the titular figure. There’s even a shirt combining all three characters with “Mickey & Friends” text above the cast and “A Bathing Ape” branding below. Mickey and Minnie also have their own graphic, placing Baby Milo between the couple.

A Bathing Ape’s latest Disney collab was released at Shanghai Disney Town BAPE Store on July 18, but a wider release across China is expected on August 15. So far, no word on whether or not this collection will get a global release.
