The AURALEE x New Balance 475 Pack Releases May 2025

Over the past two years, Japanese fashion label AURALEE has brought its unique design ethos to various New Balance silhouettes, including the 1906R, 2002R, and WRPD Runner. The partnership continues flourishing as AURALEE and New Balance prepare to launch the AURALEE x New Balance 475 Pack for Spring/Summer 2025. This collaboration, previewed during AURALEE's fashion show, promises to bring a fresh take on the soon-to-be-revived New Balance 475 before the launch of AURALEE’s 990v4 collection.

Alongside this collaboration, the New Balance 475 will also see a variety of general releases and a collaboration with Teddy Santis and Aime Leon Dore (ALD) as New Balance is looking to revive another sneaker from the vault successfully.

Tsuyoshi Ikedo, a member of New Balance's collaboration team in Japan, shared early images from AURALEE’s runway show, giving us a glimpse of the two distinct colorways designed by the label. The first colorway pays homage to classic New Balance aesthetics. This pair features a grey hue reminiscent of the brand's iconic Made in USA series, complemented by brown accents on the midfoot and heel.

The second colorway offers a more vibrant look, with a light-volt base accented by silver, grey, and tan on the suede and leather overlays. Both pairs maintain a mesh base for breathability and comfort, with a minimalist approach to AURALEE branding, likely confined to the tongue tag and insole. Underfoot, the sneakers feature a cream midsole for a vintage touch, paired with a black outsole for durability and grip.

The AURALEE x New Balance 475 Pack will release May 16, 2025, through AURALEE, New Balance, and select retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $130.
