A’ja Wilson Debuts Her Nike A’One Storm PE

Nike finally gave A’ja Wilson her signature sneaker, and it has been a resounding success. The initial colorways have flown off shelves, and interest online around her and the Nike A’One continues to grow. While we have to wait a little bit for new colorways following the launch of the Leo Lights and A'zure Vibe pairs, A’ja has taken the court in a brand-new mismatched PE dubbed Storm.
Worn on the court by A'ja during the Las Vegas Aces' game against the Los Angeles Sparks, this mismatched A'One comes with a black-based shoe and an inverted white-based color. On the right, we see a black, grey, and blue upper with a lightning graphic pattern plastered across the midfoot and a yellow Swoosh, another nod to the storm theme. The other pair inverts this, applying white and black hues to the upper but keeping the lightning graphic and yellow Swoosh on the lateral side.

The heel tabs on the two pairs flip between white/black and black/white combos, while A'ja's logo is in a vibrant red shade atop the tongue. Tooling for the pair features the same tech as the other pairs: a full-length Cushlon midsole supported by a Phylon midsole carrier and TPU frame bezel. This is done in a tonal finish between both shoes, as is the rubber outsole below.
The Nike A’One Storm PE has no confirmed release information, and considering Nike Basketball labeled it as a player-exclusive on their X account, it’s more than likely the pair will not get a public release.
