It's been a few years since Jordan Brand shelved the Air Jordan 6 Low, the non-OG low-top version of Michael Jordan’s sixth signature sneaker. The last time we saw the silhouette drop was during the Holiday 2024 season in a kids’ exclusive colorway called “Let’s Play,” and the last time the adults had a shot at a pair was when PSG collaborated on the sneaker in 2023. Three years removed from that Paris Saint-Germain project, Jordan Brand is bringing back the AJ 6 Low in a women’s exclusive Blackout colorway.

Although no images of the upcoming Blackout AJ 6 Low have emerged just yet, we have a solid idea of what the sneaker looks like based on the color code only containing black. Expect the Black Cat-esque sneaker’s perforated paneling and smooth nubuck upper to come coated in a single black shade from top to bottom.

The Air Jordan 6 wasn’t produced in low-top form during the sneaker’s original run in 1992. This cut first hit shelves in 2002 in three colorways: Metallic Silver, White University Blue, and White Coral Rose. It wouldn’t be until 2017 that the low-top AJ 6 would retro again, with periodic releases going down since then.

The Air Jordan 6 Retro Low Blackout W will release Spring 2026 through Nike and select Jordan Brand retailers online and in-store. Available in women’s sizing, the retail price is set at $205.
