The Air Jordan 4 White Cement Gets Converted Into an On-Field Cleat
Published
This year marks the 40th Anniversary of the sneaker that started the Jordan Brand empire, the Air Jordan 1. Even so, the celebrations have extended past the OG Air Jordan silhouette across the entire lineup. For the Air Jordan 4, a model that has become one of, if not the most popular amongst sneakerheads, a slew of colorways have hit shelves, including the OG White Cement. Just a few weeks after this retro release, Jordan Brand has plans to drop a cleated version of the iconic colorway.
Like other Air Jordan retros converted into cleats, the Air Jordan 4 White Cement is done in two different versions, one for the football field and another for the baseball diamond. Pictured here is the baseball version, which retains the white leather upper seen on the original. Black accents land on the wing eyestays, the lining on the tongue, and the heel tab’s branding, which replaces the Nike Air from the recent retro with the Jumpman emblem.
More Jumpman logos find a home on the tongue in Jordan Brand’s traditional red finish, while the wing eyestay on the profile gets done in a cement grey and black speckle finish. Other OG features remain, like the white-on-white netting along the midfoot panel and tongue, white laces, and a hidden Air Jordan tag inside the tongue. The cement grey and black pattern, which is also found on the heel tab, extends down to the cleat outsole, completing the look.
The Air Jordan 4 White Cement Cleat Pack will release in two different parts, with the baseball MCS cleat slated for a July 16, 2025, release to coincide with MLB All-Star Weekend. The football cleat is expected in the Fall 2025 season, likely sometime around the start of the NFL season. Both pairs will retail for $205.
